Vanilla Easter Cake
Bake a delicious and easy Vanilla Easter Cake for your holiday celebration! This simple recipe creates a light and flavorful dessert.
Ingredients
- 1 cup of Schardinger Buttermilk
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup of honey
- 2 tbsps of Kolios Hercules Greek Yogurt
- 3 tbsps of coconut oil or butter
- 1 1/4 cup of self rising flour
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- 1 tsp of baking powder
- 1 tsp of baking soda
- Melted dark chocolate
- Montare D’Oro Panna spray
- Chocolate eggs
- Easter sprinkles
Preparation:
Method
1. In a bowl mix together the eggs , coconut oil or butter, vanilla extract, buttermilk and eggs.
2. Add the flour, baking soda and baking powder. Mix well.
3. Transfer the batter into a baking tray.
4. Bake the cake on 180C for 25 minutes or a toothpick comes out clean.
5. Let it cool completely.
6. Cut the cake into squares, pour a bit of melted dark chocolate and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
7. Add the cream on each cake piece and decorate with chocolate eggs.
