Greek Yogurt Oat Cups


  • 1 1/2 cups of rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup of shredded coconut
  • 1 tbsp of chia seeds
  • 1 small or 1/2 a banana if it’s big.
  • 1 tbsp of vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp of honey
  • Kolios Strawberry Greek Yogurt
  • Kolios Peach Greek Yogurt
  • Fresh strawberries and grapes

  1. In a bowl mix together the oats, coconut and chia seeds.
  2. Add the banana, honey and vanilla. Mix well.
  3. Add a bit of oat mixture into muffin  cups and  press down on the bottom and along the sides to make a cup shape.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden.
  5. Let the oat cups cool completely.
  6. Fill each cup with 2 tbsps of yogurt and fresh fruit on top.
