Black Bean Burger

Hearty and delicious, this black bean burger offers a wholesome, plant-based meal.

Ingredients

Preparation:

Method

  1. In a large bowl, add the beans, eggs, mushrooms, parsley, feta cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, tomato paste, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mash the beans with a fork and mix all ingredients.
  3. Shape into burgers, and transfer to a baking tray with a bit of olive oil.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes at 200c flip once, halfway.
  5. You can serve them in a burger bun with tomato slices, lettuce and onions, or on a plate with a side salad.
