Tuna Meatballs


Tuna Meatballs:

  • 350g of Redelmar Tuna Chunks
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup of bread crumbs
  • 2 tbsp of spring onions
  • 2 tbsp of fresh parsley
  • 70g of feta cheese
  • 1 tsp of garlic powder and dried oregano
  • Olive oil

Tomato Sauce:

  • 2 cups of cherry tomatoes
  • Small onion
  • Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Fresh parsley
  • Olive oil

  1.  In a bowl add the tuna, eggs, breadcrumbs, spring onions , garlic powder, oregano and pepper. (Do not add salt) mix well
  2.  Add the feta mix again.
  3. On a baking sheet add 2 tbsp of olive oil.
  4. With a spoon or a small measuring cup scoop in a bit of tuna mixture and shape them into balls.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes on 200C flip them and bake for 10 more minutes.
  6. While the tuna meatballs are baking prepare the tomato sauce.
  7. In a pan add olive oil and onions.
  8. Add the cherry tomatoes and let it simmer for a few minutes. Add 3 tbsps of water and mix.
  9. Add garlic powder ,parsley, salt and pepper.
  10. Add the meatballs in the sauce and serve.
