Greek Yogurt Fruit Cake
This Greek Yogurt Fruit Cake is absolutely delicious! It’s a refreshing snack for when you’re craving something sweet yet healthy.
Ingredients
For the base:
- 1/2 cup Oat Bran
- 1 Tbsp Agave Syrup
- 1 Tbsp Honey
Filling:
- 1 Kolios Hercules High Protein Greek Yogurt 200g
- 50ml Water mixed with gelatin
- 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
Toppings:
- 1 Kiwi Slices or any fruit of your preference
- Crushed Pistachios
Preparation:
Method
- Combine oat bran, honey, and agave syrup in a bowl.
- Press the mixture firmly into a small cake tin.
- In a separate bowl, mix Kolios Hercules High Protein Greek Yogurt with 50ml of water and gelatin.
- Stir in chia seeds.
- Pour the yogurt mixture over the oat bran base.
- Refrigerate until set.
- Once set, top up with some sliced Kiwi or any other fruit of your preference together with some crushed pistachios.
