Greek Yogurt Fruit Cake

This Greek Yogurt Fruit Cake is absolutely delicious! It’s a refreshing snack for when you’re craving something sweet yet healthy.

Ingredients

For the base:

  • 1/2 cup Oat Bran
  • 1 Tbsp Agave Syrup
  • 1 Tbsp Honey

Filling:

Toppings:

  • 1 Kiwi Slices or any fruit of your preference
  • Crushed Pistachios

 

 

Preparation:

Method

  1. Combine oat bran, honey, and agave syrup in a bowl.
  2. Press the mixture firmly into a small cake tin.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix Kolios Hercules High Protein Greek Yogurt with 50ml of water and gelatin.
  4. Stir in chia seeds.
  5. Pour the yogurt mixture over the oat bran base.
  6. Refrigerate until set.
  7. Once set, top up with some sliced Kiwi or any other fruit of your preference together with some crushed pistachios.
