Greek Yogurt Oat Cups
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups of rolled oats
- 1/2 cup of shredded coconut
- 1 tbsp of chia seeds
- 1 small or 1/2 a banana if it’s big.
- 1 tbsp of vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp of honey
- Kolios Strawberry Greek Yogurt
- Kolios Peach Greek Yogurt
- Fresh strawberries and grapes
Preparation:
Method
- In a bowl mix together the oats, coconut and chia seeds.
- Add the banana, honey and vanilla. Mix well.
- Add a bit of oat mixture into muffin cups and press down on the bottom and along the sides to make a cup shape.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until golden.
- Let the oat cups cool completely.
- Fill each cup with 2 tbsps of yogurt and fresh fruit on top.
