Cheesy Sweet Potato Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 Sweet Potato
  • 300g Chicken Breast
  • Fresh Spinach
  • Baronesse Cheese Slices
  • Kuhne Made For Meat Caramelised Onion
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Golden Drop Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Breadcrumbs (Optional)

 

Preparation:

Method

  1. 1 Sweet potato cut in half and drizzle with Golden Drop Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
  2. Add some pepper & salt and place in the oven.
  3. Chop some fresh spinach.
  4. Slice 2 slices of Fior Di Vita Baronesse Cheese.
  5. In the meantime cook 300g chicken breast either covered with breadcrumbs or without.
  6. When the sweet potato is ready, add fresh spinach and the sliced chicken.
  7. Add some Kuhne Made For Meat Caramelized Onion Sauce.
  8. Top up with Fior Di Vita Baronesse Cheese and place back in oven till the cheese is melted.
