Tuna & Cannellini Bean Patties

Savoury and satisfying, these tuna and cannellini patties make for a protein-packed meal.

Ingredients

Preparation:

Method

  1. In a large bowl mix together the beans, tuna, spinach, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic powder, chili flakes, feta cheese, eggs, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  2. Scoop a bit of mixture, shape into patties and transfer into a baking dish.
  3. Drizzle a bit of olive oil on top of the patties and bake for 20 minutes on 200°C flip half way through.
  4. Place the patties on a serving plate, add some lemon juice and fresh parsley.
