Tuna & Cannellini Bean Patties
Savoury and satisfying, these tuna and cannellini patties make for a protein-packed meal.
Ingredients
- 1 Can of Natura Bella Cannellini Beans (400g)
- 1 Can of RedElmar Tuna Chunks (160g)
- Handful of fresh spinach
- 1/4 Cup of breadcrumbs
- 1 Medium sized red onion
- 1 Tsp of garlic powder
- 1 Tsp of chili flakes
- 50g of Fior Di Vita Greek Feta Cheese
- 2 Eggs
- Natura Bella Lemon Juice
- Golden Drop Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Salt and pepper
Preparation:
Method
- In a large bowl mix together the beans, tuna, spinach, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic powder, chili flakes, feta cheese, eggs, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
- Scoop a bit of mixture, shape into patties and transfer into a baking dish.
- Drizzle a bit of olive oil on top of the patties and bake for 20 minutes on 200Β°C flip half way through.
- Place the patties on a serving plate, add some lemon juice and fresh parsley.
