Oven Baked Pasta
Cozy comfort food at its finest with this creamy oven baked pasta! Easy to make, rich in flavor and the perfect dish for those chill nights
Ingredients
- Golden Drop Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 Onion (Diced)
- Fior Di Vita Pancetta Affumicata
- 2 Garlic Cloves
- 1 Leek
- 400g Minced Beef
- Salt, Pepper & Dried Basil
- Fior Di Vita Shredded Four Cheese
- Handful Cherry Tomatoes
- 1 Tomato Sauce
- 1/2 Cucina D’Oro Vegan Cooking Cream
Preparation:
Method
1. Add the sauce to the boiled brown pasta of your choosing and mix well with one egg.
2. Transfer pasta to oven dish.
3. Top up with Fior Di Vita Shredded Four Cheese.
4. Bake for about 30mins till crispy.
