Authentic Greek Barrel Aged Feta, matured in wooden barrels, is made from fresh pasteurized sheep’s milk (or fresh sheep’s and goat’s milk) from free grazing animals, according to a traditional recipe. The natural aroma of Mediterranean grasses in combination with the aroma of the wood, give Kolios Barrel Aged Feta cheese a unique rich, award-winning flavour.
