Healthy Banana Bread Recipe using Kolios Hercules High Protein Greek Yogurt

Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup Kolios Hercules Greek Yogurt
- 3 Bananas
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup Golden Drop Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/3 cup Honey
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 cup Walnuts & Raisins
- 1 3/4 cup Oats
- Butter
Frosting
- 1/2 cup Kolios Hercules Greek Yogurt
- 1/4 cup Maple Syrup
- 1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- Crushed walnuts

Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 160°C.
- In a large bowl, mash the bananas. Add Kolios Hercules Greek Yogurt, eggs, olive oil, honey, vanilla extract, cinnamon, salt, walnuts, raisins, and oats. Mix well.
- Coat a loaf pan with melted butter. Scrape the batter into the pan and smooth with a spatula.
- Bake for 50 – 60 minutes. Banana bread is done when a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean or with a few crumbs attached.
Directions – For the Frosting:
- In a medium bowl, combine Kolios Hercules Greek Yogurt, maple syrup, and cinnamon. Whisk together until smooth.
- With a spatula, spread the frosting over the top of the banana bread. Top it off with a sprinkle of crushed walnuts.
