  • Redelmar Tuna Chunks in Brine
  • Ġbejna (chopped)
  • Maltese Ftira bread
  • Tomato paste
  • Capers
  • Olives
  • Chopped lettuce leaves
  • Onions
  • Cannellini Beans
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Fresh Parsley
  • Golden Drop Extra virgin Olive oil

RedElmar Tuna Chunks in Brine

  1. Cut the ftira in half horizontally, spread with tomato paste, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt & pepper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, add RedElmar Tuna Chunks, capers, olives, onions, lettuce, cannellini beans, gbejna, parsley, and a dash of olive oil. Mix well and season as desired.
  3. Spoon mixture on bottom half of ftira, and place the other half on top.
  4. Cut in half, and enjoy!
