Perfect for summer, make this Tomato Mozzarella salad With Caramelized Pine Nuts.

Ingredients for 4 people:
- 200g ox heart tomatoes
- 200g colourful vine tomatoes
- 200g colourful cherry tomatoes
- 4 buffalo mozzarella pearls
- 50g pine nuts
- 20g sugar
- 20ml olive oil
- 2 bunches basil
- 8 tbsp Kühne Balsamissimo Creamy Mild
- salt, pepper
Balsamissimo Creamy Mild
- Wash and chop all tomatoes.
- Pluck buffalo mozzarella into pieces.
- Melt sugar in a hot pan and let the pine nuts caramelize shortly. Let them cool down on baking paper.
- Wash and dry basil, lay some leaves a side and puree the rest with olive oil.
- Serve tomatoes and mozzarella on a plate, spice with salt and pepper, sprinkle pine nuts and basil leave over it.
- Drizzle basil oil and Kühne Balsamissimo Classic and serve
